Field testing, engineering electronic components for cost and efficiency, manufacturing research.
It was a big challenge working with client provided electronics, which were not designed in conjunction with shell. Ran into issues with wire length, placement of controls, battery setup. Had to disassemble and resolder components to ensure fit and function. Went through several iterations before getting it right.
Final prototype was fully functional, with all electronics and controls secured and working. Enclosure and electronics all snap fit together with minimal hardware. Make sure to turn sound on for the video.
